How to Use

Place the shower steamer in a corner of your shower where it will get wet but away from the direct stream of water from the shower or mug.
As the shower steamer gets wet with warm water, the shower steamer will fizz and melt releasing the essential oils for you to breathe in.
Can also be used for an Indian style bath with a bucket and mug.

Eucalyptus & Rosemary: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Corn Starch, Aqua, Menthol, Essential Oils of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Basil, Lemon grass, Rosemary.

Lavender & Neroli: Sodium BiCarbonate, Citric acid, Cream of Tartar, Corn Starch, Aqua, Menthol, Essential oils of Kashmir Lavender, Neroli, Canaga, Geranium, Patchouli and Rosewood.

Cedarwood & Vetiver: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Corn Starch, Aqua, Menthol, Essential Oils of Cedarwood, Patchouli, Vetiver, Rosewood, Balsam Peru, Fir Needle.

Properties of Essential Oils Used

The benefits of the essential oils in the shower steamer are obtained through their aroma which we inhale as the steamer fizzes and releases the essential oils

The different essential oils used have different therapeutic benefits including refreshing and uplifitng one mood, reducing stress, aiding good sleep and helping to decongest blocked nasal passages to name a few.
