Indigo Blue Print Dāman Furoshiki Fabric Gift Wraps - Singles & Sets

Traditional hand block printing using vegetable and natural dyes on 100% pure cotton fabric are used to  create beautiful and eco-friendly fabric gift wraps.

These Wraps are available as single pieces as well as in Gift sets of assorted numbers, sizes and prints.

For this collection we have a mix of prints ranging from geometric patterns, floral motifs to animals and bird prints using  natural indigo dye! Natural indigo is one of the oldest natural dyes to be used and is sourced from the indigo plant. 

A simple rule of thumb to apply while choosing a size is to choose a Furoshiki size with a diagonal length 3 times the longest length of the object you will be wrapping.  Read more on CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE FUROSHIKI . 

We offer the following sizes that are suitable for a large range of objects.

Available Sizes and Combinations:

Small: 13 ” x 13 ” ( 33 cm x 33 cm ) – Diagonal = 18″/46 cm

Medium/Standard : 20.5″ x 20.5″ ( 52 cm x 52 cm) – Diagonal – 29″ / 73 cm

Large: 27.5″ X 27.5 ″ (70 cm x 70 cm) – Diagonal = 39″/99 cm

Extra Large: 42″ X 42 ″ ( 106 cm x 106 cm) -Diagonal = 59″/150 cm

 

(There may sometimes be a slight deviation from the sizes listed due to the width of available fabric. This deviation is generally less than 10%)

 

Furoshiki Wrapping:

Each Furoshiki wrap you purchase from us is accompanied by an easy to follow wrapping instruction diagram. More wrapping styles and instructions are available here at  FUROSHIKI WRAPPING STYLES  or

Besides using them for gift wrapping, depending on the size they can be used as a handkerchief, a hair tie, a bandana a small bag or even a table cover.

Hand wash cold with mild soap. Natural and vegetable dyes may bleed during the first wash so we recommend washing separately. For first wash soak the fabric in a mug of water with 2 table spoons of common salt for better fixing of the dyes.

Made from 100% soft cotton cambric fabric these fabric wraps are printed with traditional hand block printing using vegetable and natural dyes.
